The Recreation & Wellness Center is proud to offer a variety of programs that promote health and wellness for students, faculty and staff. From group fitness and instructional classes to individualized training and nutrition assistance, the staff is dedicated to supporting all of your personal goals to make you the healthiest person you can be.

Team Up and Win!

January 27 - March 14, 2014

  • Find a partner and register your team of 2 in the Recreation & Wellness Center by January 27
  • Pick up a list of activities and their point values
  • Weekly team points will be earned for fitness-related activities, plus opportunities to earn bonus points
  • Weekly prizes and grand prizes for total achievement
  • All participants receive a free t-shirt

Desk to 5K - Run / Walk Program
February 17 - April 9

  • Group runs/walks, stretching and strengthening. Also includes at home training sessions.
  • Meets Mondays & Wednesdays: 12 - 1 p.m.
  • No cost; open to students, faculty and staff
  • All participants will also receive 50% off entrance into the Spring Fun Run 5K race when signing up in person at the Recreation & Wellness Center
