Being on a college campus is as close to real-life as some students get before they actually get out into the real-world. We now live in the day of a global economy - in a time where lines between nations blur and money changes hands all over the world. Our world has become very diverse.
What is diversity? Is developing diversity a necessity to remain competitive? Why or why not? How does one go about developing diversity?
