  • Pasta dinner and program begin at 5 p.m.

Now that you've been admitted, join us at First Class Act where you'll be treated to dinner and dessert while getting a feel for what it's like to be a student at Kent State University at Stark.

Are you worried about taking placement tests? Are you uncertain if you can afford college? Are unsure if Kent State University at Stark is for you?

Don't worry. We've designed First Class Act around you - to help you get the answers you need to make your college decision easier.

During First Class Act, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Take a guided campus tour (optional)
  • Ask questions about the ALEKS math placement assessment
  • Review the financial aid awarding process
  • Attend class demonstrations and connect with faculty
  • Explore Student Life and other first year student opportunities
  • Learn more about the First Step advising & registration program
After attending First Class Act, our hope is you'll have all the information needed to make your decision to become a Kent State Golden Flash!
