The Kent State Stark Office of Financial Aid will host a Financial Aid Information Session for students and families interested in applying for financial aid for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Information Session Funding Your Education: 9 - 10 a.m.
During the 45-minute Funding Your Education presentation, you'll learn about:
- Financial aid resources
- How to file the FAFSA
- How financial aid is determined
- Awarding process
- Types of financial aid
- Financial aid timeline
Optional Online FAFSA Filing Workshop: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
An optional online FAFSA filing workshop will be available during the morning. If you are interested in filing your FAFSA at this workshop, you must bring the following items with you:
- 2012 U.S. Income Tax Returns (or estimated tax returns)
- 2012 W-2 forms
- Student's Social Security number
- Parents' Social Security numbers and dates of birth
- Sources of untaxed income
- Bank statements
- Value of stocks, bonds, etc.
- Business and farm records
