Plagiarism Survey

The Library is interested in your opinions on the general topic of Academic Honesty, particularly as it relates to Plagiarism. Complete the survey and receive 50 pages of free printing in the Library

Participation is voluntary and you are under no obligation to participate in this survey. You can withdraw from the project at any time. Your participation will require completing one of the questionnaires below, which should take about 10 minutes. Your completion of the questionnaire will indicate your consent for the information to be used for research purposes. The information from this questionnaire will not be used to identify you individually. Aggregate results from these questionnaires may be used to create conference presentations and journal articles.

Please consider taking one of the following surveys. If you complete either survey you will receive 50 pages of free printing in the Stark Campus Library.

  • Online Courses. If you are taking or have taken an online course, please complete the online survey. If you are in the Stark Campus Library while completing the survey, ask our staff at the circulation desk to view the final page (screen) of the survey and you will receive 50 pages of free printing in our library. Otherwise, you must print out the last page of the survey to prove you completed it and present that printout to the staff at the Circulation Desk for your 50 pages of free printing.   • Traditional, "Face-to-Face" Courses. If you do not take the survey above, please consider taking the survey relating to regular (not onilne) classes. To do this, download and print the survey available from one of the links below (MS Word or PDF formats), complete the survey and hand it in to staff at the Stark Campus Library Circulation Desk. Or, if you are in the Library, you can pick up a copy of the survey to fill out and hand in. You will receive 50 pages of free printing in the Stark Campus Library.
