A Great Place to Teach

The faculty of Kent State University at Stark contribute to our diverse community in numerous ways – bringing unique skills, talents, experience and knowledge that fulfill some aspect of the larger university mission.

Kent State University consistently wins awards for being a great place to work. For the fourth straight year, the Employers Research Council named Kent State University to the NorthCoast 99, one of the 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio, while the Chronicle of Higher Education honored Kent State in its "Great Colleges to Work For" list.

Professor Daniel Castaneda teaches Spanish at Kent State Stark.
