Our Calendars:
Adding an Event
Members of the campus community can add events to the Campus Calendar. After completing the required fields, your event will be submitted to a calendar administrator. Your event will appear live on the calendar within one day.
To add an event:
To make a change to an already published event, you will need to contact the appropriate calendar administrator by email with your change.

- Academic - important dates such as the first day of classes, finals week, holidays, payment deadlines

Adding an Event
Members of the campus community can add events to the Campus Calendar. After completing the required fields, your event will be submitted to a calendar administrator. Your event will appear live on the calendar within one day.
To add an event:
- Go to the calendar where you want your event to appear.
- Click on the ADD EVENT button.
- Complete the appropriate fields. Fields marked with an * are required.
- If a field does not apply to your event, leave it blank. Blank fields do not appear in the event pop-up window.
- Click the SUBMIT EVENT button to send your event for submission.
- Your event will be posted in a timely manner, usually within the same working day.
